Ranitidine HCL Tablets
Ranitidine Hydrochloride is in a group of drugs called histamine-2 blockers. It works by reducing the amount of acid your stomach produces. Ranitidine HCL is used to prevent and treat symptoms of heartburn associated with acid indigestion and sour stomach.
Ranitidine HCL Tablet is used to treat peptic ulcer disease (PUD) and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), a condition in which backward flow of acid from the stomach causes heartburn and injury of esophagus.Rantidine HCL also treats conditions in which the stomach produces too much acid, such as Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.
