Meclozine (Meclizine) is an antihistamine and anticholinergic. Meclozineis considered to be an antiemetic of the piperazine class. It works by blocking a chemical messenger in the brain, which helps to reduce or prevent vomiting.

Meclozine (Meclizine) is effective in relieving vertigo experienced as a result of inner ear infections or other conditions. Meclozine is also used to treat or prevent nausea, vomiting, and dizziness caused by motion sickness.
