Ceftazidime Powder for Injection
Ceftazidime Powder for Injection is a cephalosporin antibiotic.
Ceftazidime is indicated for the treatment of respiratory tract infections, including lower respiratory tract infections in patients with cystic fibrosis; urinary tract infections; skin and soft tissue infections; biliary tract infections; intra-abdominal infections; and bone and joint infections.
Ceftazidime is also used to treat infections associated peritoneal dialysis and with continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD) and meningitis due to aerobic gram-negative organisms.
