XanthinolNicotinate (xantinolniacinate) is a vasodilator. It is a combination of xanthinol and niacin.

Xanthinolnicotinate is used to treat peripheral vascular disease, hyperlipidaemia, recent myocardial infarction, recent cerebrovascular accident, acute haernorrhage, decompensated cardiac insufficiency, and disordered cerebral function.
