Hyoscinebutylbromide, also known as scopolamine butylbromide,butylhyoscine and butylscopolamine, is a peripherally actingantimuscarinic, anticholinergic agent used as an abdominal-specific antispasmodic. It is a quaternary ammonium compound and a semisynthetic derivative of scopolamine.

HyoscineButylbromide is used in the treatment of conditions associated with gastro-intestinal spasm. HyoscineButylbromide is used to treat painand discomfort caused by spasmodic activity in the digestive system, abdominal cramps, and menstrual cramps.
