Betamethasone is used to treat a variety of skin conditions (e.g., eczema, dermatitis, allergies, rash). It reduces the swelling, itching, and redness that can occur in these types of conditions.
Genatmicinsulphate is used to treat many types of bacterial infections, particularly those caused by Gram-negative organisms.
Tolnaftate is used for Treating certain fungal infections, such as athlete's foot, jock itch, and ringworm.
Clioquinol topical prevents fungus from growing on your skin.
