Tetramisole Bolus
Tetramisole is a mixture of dextro- and levo isomers used as ananthelmintic. It is effective with a broad spectrum but a narrow safety margin. Tetramisole is used primarily for the treatment of several nematodes of cattle, horses, and sheep but also used for treatment of whipworms and Strongyloides of man.
