Artemether + Lumefantrine Powder for Suspension
Artemether and lumefantrine Powder for Suspension are medications to treat malaria, a disease caused by parasites. These medicines work by interfering with the growth of parasites in the red blood cells of the human body. Lumefantrine is an aryl amino alcohol similar to quinine, mefloquine and halofantrine.
Artemether + Lumefantrine can be used for the treatment of uncomplicated infections with Plasmodium falciparum, including strains from multidrug-resistant areas. Do not use artemether andlumefantrine to prevent malaria.
